PayPal Commerce, 3D Secure

At the current time, the Zen Cart core team has no plans to develop a PayPal Commerce module. European vendors who require 3DS have the following options:

Use Square
Use PayPal Express
Use PayPal RESTful
Contact a software vendor and work with them.
